Christmas tree at Zuri

Today Zuri hotel got the Christmas tree up and decorated. Nice I got some Christmas feeling here in Bangalore as well. Cool!!!

Been busy and sick

Just a quick update from Bangalore, India
I have been very busy and tired at nights when I usually do my blogging.
I have also been sick yesterday afternoon and night, today I been recovering at hotel.

And as blogger sucks on mobilphone ... no pictures will be uploaded.
This is just a quick status update for you ... I will upload several post probably tomorrow

Friday dinner at Zuri

Nothing much happened at Friday night just some dinner and 2 beers nothing more. After dinner I went to the room put on the television and look at the 'The man with the Golden gun' James bond movie. It was a bit funny as this movie are made in Thailand to some extent and I have been to this 'James Bond Island' ;-) So I recognized it even thou the movie is really old and the island had not yet gotten any tourism.

Biergarten, a night out!!!

We got picked up by Mr Krishan and Mr Sumit at our hotel, ZURI for a night out to get some food and beers. We went to a pretty new Biergarten and it is also somewhat nearby hotel. Good food, mine was 'spicey' but really good.

 ... after Biergarten we went to Mr Sumit's apartment.

So I had 'Soya springrolls' and some really spicy sauce.

UBER to KFC

Yesterday, Thursday November 24 me and 3 Indian collegues went with an UBER cab/taxi too Phoenix mall and had some KFC lunch. I guess they know me a bit as I have had KFC every time I have been to Bangalore and ABB IDC. It was really nice having lunch with them.

It is nice too have something else than the food at ABB, IDC

I do not mind eating that food but KFC I do not get often as well.

No it's not an Uber but the Auto-Uber actually exist ;)

I had a visitor at ZURI hotel

Yepp, Sumit my friend came and visit me at the hotel, yes of course it was planned. We had some drinks at the room and then went down to second floor were the 'Infinity bar' is which also serves food and it is outside. Temperature was really nice, for a western/northern guy any ways ;-)

Hmm I have seen this on many of the lorries and it says ...

My guess is that as they have less visibility then if you honk/sound your horn then they will know that something is going on behind them and they can take action on it and not cross a lane or perhaps slowdown a bit ... just my guess of course.

I been there before and it hasn't been anything special but of course I be there and have a chat over a drink.

Off the plane we went at Dubai airport and into the waiting buses transfer us to the transfer terminal

The bus ride was accordingly to the speaker about 15 minutes, alright this airport is huge!!!

After the bus ride we had to walk a bit and then take a train for 3 minutes.

Rooms at a certain rate seems to have the exactly same layout and here it goes, the same as before but if you haven't seen it before it is pretty nice.
